Our In-Home Gym has been thoroughly planned and thought out.  The certerpiece of the facilities is the Hoist Fitness PTS-ENS3 with the dual action smith cage, which allows a us to perform almost any resistance exercise imaginable.  The uniqueness of this piece of equipment allows us to cater to all fitness and strength levels.

We have everything you need to achieve your goals, and best of all...NO CROWDS AND NO WAITING!  Your training session is yours and yours only (unless you take advantage of our Training with Friends Package), so you get undivided attention and priority on all our equipment.
